Participating in the course “Reconciliation with the Inner Child” and the “Alpha” program was very beneficial for my mind—so much so that the grief of losing my beloved did not bring me down. And it helped increase my resilience in the face of life’s challenges. Thank you very much, dear Ms. Goudarzi 🌹

Dear Ms. Ghodarzī, your teachings have brought my physical health back to me. I was able to outlive the predictions my doctors gave me—that I would not live for more than two years—by entering my seventh year of illness, while there is no sign of the disease in me. My renewed life is indebted to your kind and caring efforts. ❤️🙏

Frequently asked questions

When is couples therapy needed?
Whenever disagreements repeat and conversations fail to reach a result, intimacy decreases, or trust has been harmed, seeking couples therapy can prevent problems from deepening and help improve the relationship.
Is premarital counseling only for couples?
Premarital counseling helps couples gain a better understanding of each other, personality differences, values, expectations, and communication skills so they can begin married life with greater readiness. So it’s necessary that everyone who wants to get married—whether it’s their first marriage or a renewed one—take this process seriously.
At what age should I start sexual education for my child?
Answer: Sexual education begins in the earliest years of life and should be appropriate to the child’s age—not during puberty. Teaching the correct names for body parts, the concept of personal boundaries, respect for physical limits, and the skill of saying “no” are the foundations of healthy sexual education. Gradual instruction that is tailored to the child’s age is the best way to maintain safety, increase awareness, and help shape the child’s healthy attitude toward their body and relationships.
How can I cope with my husband's infidelity?
Betrayal usually creates emotional reactions such as shock, anger, sadness, and a lack of trust. Before any major decision, give yourself time to manage your emotions. Then, through healthy communication—and if necessary, by seeking couples therapy or individual counseling—explore the reasons for the betrayal, the possibility of rebuilding trust, and the future of the relationship. In many cases, with specialized treatment, you can find a suitable path for repair or for making a conscious decision.
What is the main cause of betrayal?
Infidelity is usually not the result of a single factor, but rather the outcome of the interaction of individual, relational, and situational factors. Weak communication skills, unmet emotional or sexual needs, chronic conflicts, attachment difficulties, poor boundaries, and sometimes personality traits can all play a role in its occurrence. Identifying the underlying causes is the first step toward repairing the relationship or making an informed decision about its future.
